You should be aware of!
Knowing how these hustles work may save you from having to pick
up the tab for dinner or a few drinks after being bamboozled at your favorite watering hole!

A hustler approaches you wanting to bet you can't correctly answer the following question: "How many nines (9's) would you come across when counting to 100?
Like so - 9.. 19.. 29.. etc." Most people would bet 10, that is not correct. Do you think your smart enough to accept the bet and give the right answer, or do
numbers just give you a headache?
Retrieve the answer on my Bamboozles Newsletter archived issue #6.

A man tells you that he has two U.S. coins in his hand that total up to 55 cents,
and one of them is not a nickel. He wants to bet you a drink or dinner you can't tell him which two coins he has.
Would you make that bet?

Our clever con lays 15 matches out in a row side by side.
He tells you to take 1 to 3 matches from your end of the row
while he does the same from his end, and then he says; each of you can't take more
than 3 matches during your respective turns. Now he tells you that the person who takes the last match is the loser and
proceeds to bet you it won't be him! Ready to play?

Hoping you've had one too many, a hustler places a $5 bill on the bar and puts an empty bottleneck upside down on Lincoln's portrait.
Next he sees if you're willing to bet that he can't remove the $5 bill without touching the bottle or making it fall over. Will you fall for his clever bet or just pass and
have another cold one?

A smooth con man sits down by you and proceeds to tear a hole in a
cocktail napkin the size of a quarter. He places the hole over the neck
of a bottle showing that the bottle can't possibly pass through the hole without tearing the paper. He
says he'll bet you he can push the bottle through the hole without tearing the paper napkin. Would you
be willing to take his bet, or would you turn the tables on him and show him how the trick is done?
